Join the Pixelhaven Sales Team

We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy helping customers and being part of the local gaming community. Applicants of all experience levels are welcome to apply.

Because many of our busiest store hours, tournaments, releases, and community events happen during evenings and weekends, availability during those times is especially valuable. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

What we're especially interested in: Retail or customer service experience, evening availability, weekend availability, reliability, communication skills, and a willingness to learn. TCG knowledge is a plus.
$14 / hour During the 3-month introductory training period
$15 / hour After successful completion of the training period
Weekly Pay Payroll processed every Friday

Employment & Availability

Our schedule includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Many of Pixelhaven's tournaments, product releases, and busiest customer periods take place during evenings and weekends. Greater availability during these times gives us more flexibility when scheduling our team.
Please provide your normal recurring availability rather than your availability for only the upcoming week.

Retail & Customer Service Experience

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is valuable at Pixelhaven, but it is not required. Tell us where you're starting from.
